Therapy can be a space to reflect, grow, and move forward. I strive to create a warm, accepting environment that honors your unique experiences and highlights the strengths you already carry.
I believe every individual is wonderfully unique, so I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each person and family, always through a culturally responsive lens. Whether I’m working with you, your child, or your family, I focus on building a trusting relationship and gaining a deep understanding of where you are right now. From there, we’ll work together to create meaningful, lasting change—one small step at a time.
