I believe that healing happens in a safe, supportive relationship where you feel seen, heard, and accepted—just as you are. My approach is person-centered, meaning I see you as the expert of your own experience, and I work alongside you (or your child) with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to best support your unique needs, including experiential therapy, mindfulness, expressive arts, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and play therapy. Whether we're exploring emotions through creative expression, building coping skills, or processing past experiences, we work at a pace that honors your nervous system, your story, and your strengths.

No two people are the same, so I tailor my approach to fit the individual or family in front of me—always with a focus on connection, emotional safety, and the belief that everyone has the capacity for healing and resilience. I strive to create a space where meaningful growth and lasting change can take place
01.
Individual therapy—sometimes called talk therapy or counseling—is a one-on-one process where you meet with a licensed therapist to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental space. It’s a space for self-discovery, healing, and building tools to help you navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
02.
Family therapy is a type of counseling that involves two or more family members working together with a licensed therapist to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. The focus is on understanding each person’s perspective and creating healthier patterns of connection and support.
Families are complex, and when one person is struggling—whether it’s a child, teen, or adult—it can affect the entire system. Family therapy helps uncover how these patterns are showing up and provides tools to navigate challenges together.
03.
Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate approach that helps children express thoughts and emotions through play—their natural language. Using toys, art, and creative activities, therapy provides a safe space for children to process feelings, build coping skills, and work through challenges in a way that makes sense to them.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. It’s a structured, evidence-based approach that supports healing from trauma, anxiety, and other emotional difficulties—without needing to talk through every detail.
